Billing Coordinators

     Kathy and Tammy are our billers working in our Billing office. They will assist you with all the financial questions and needs you will meet during the Eldersburg office visit and are contacting the Health Insurance Providers to obtain the reimbursement for your visits.
They will answer your phone calls or transmit your messages regarding the billing issues or billing difficulties.
A new telephone system with multiple lines and different options was recently introduced to allow more rapid and efficient communication with our patients. An internet connection through this web site is also available for questions, suggestions or other comments.
